Yes — for existing KIZO-AQUA owners, the water quality check is completely free. Our expert tests TDS, bacteria, and heavy metals and explains the results on the spot.
Annual Maintenance Contract covers filter replacement (pre-filter, post-carbon, membrane), UV lamp check, tank sanitisation, and 3 service visits per year.

Check that the power adapter is firmly plugged in and the wall socket is live. If the indicator light doesn't come on, the SMPS adapter or internal fuse may have failed.

Bad taste usually means the post-carbon filter or membrane is overdue for replacement. It can also happen when the purifier sits unused for several days — flush 2–3 litres before drinking.

This is usually caused by a clogged pre-filter, low inlet water pressure, a blocked RO membrane, or a closed inlet valve. Check that the inlet tap is fully open first.
